Indecent Obsession were a four piece pop-rock band hailing from Brisbane.
Originally formed in 1987 with David Dixon as lead vocals, Indecent Obsession signed on to Melodian Records, under the watchful eye of Countdown host and Hey Hey It’s Saturday regular Ian “Molly” Meldrum.
The 1989 debut single Say Goodbye from their debut album Spoken Words/Indecent Obsession was a blend of pop, rock and synth keyboard which ended up being their biggest hit, reaching Number 6 on the ARIA charts.
