Sitcoms aren’t the most easiest show to create, as you need to have a set of characters that are relatable to everyone. So, why not a ‘talking’ dog?
Viewed through the eyes of a stray dog rescued by the Morrison family, the viewer hears Bob’s (voiced by Stig Wemyss) internal voice carry on with everyday adventures while his new family (Andy Anderson, Nikki Coghill, Christopher Lyons, Elissa Elliot, Matt Day)Â struggle with their everyday debacles with work and life.
Shown on Channel 9 in 1994, The Bob Morrison Show ran for 26 x 30 minute episodes across one season and has not been officially released. But we found someone who managed to transfer their personal collection online, allowing the world to re-live once again a cheeky terrier doing what a regular dog would normally do, but with a voice.
