Trailer: Stranger Things 2

Season 2 of the surprising Netflix TV series that’s a sci-fi love letter to the 1980s gets a full trailer.

Dragon’s Lair. Ghostbusters. Michael Jackson’s Thriller. Halloween.

Welcome to 1984.

The second season to the major hit from Netflix has received a full trailer release, picking up not long after the events of season one. We see Will, who looks like he’s re-adjusted to the normal world after being swept away into ‘the Upside Down’, hanging out with his buddies / rescuers Dustin, Lucas, and Mike. As they carry on as regular kids growing up, it turns out that Will (Noah Schnapp) while in the present world, still has elements of ‘the Upside Down’ haunting him.

From there, it’s a matter of how to stop ‘the Upside Down’ coming into the real world, even if it means to bring back their strange and mysterious friend, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown). Can Will’s mother Joyce (Winona Ryder) go through the same torment again, and can Police Chief Jim Hopper (David Harbour) stop it before it becomes too late? Will justice be served for Barb?
