When he’s not going head-to-head with Egyptian corpses, it seems Tom Cruise loves to earn his frequent flyer miles.
Cruise puts his Top Gun skills into action by becoming an American airline pilot who ends up being a drug runner for people with deep pockets and loaded weapons, in American Made.
In this upcoming biographical tongue-in-cheek action film, Cruise plays former TWA pilot Barry Seal who goes from flying commercial aircraft, to becoming a drug runner, doing errands for the CIA and DEA to try and uncover drug rings, while trying to dodge bullets.
As this is based on a true story, I’ll let you decide to Google the actual ending.
American Made is due in cinemas August 24, 2017.
