Aussie TV Comedy legend talks about his time on the small screen.
Known for his weaseling laugh and iconic characters, comedian Michael Veitch was an iconic peg in Australian TV comedy in the mid 80s and 90s.
From ABC’s The D-Generation, Channel 7’s Fast Forward and the early days of Full Frontal, Veitch pioneered legendary characters – Kelvin Cunnington who jumped on the opportunity of a dirty pun, sitting along side Steve Vizard as a camp flight steward, impersonating music guru Molly Meldrum on TV and stage, and many more.
Veitch sat on the couch with the hosts of Studio 10 and discussed his history, including how his character Kelvin got his laugh.
