There’s many various versions of the theme of the world’s favourite four fingered, yellow skinned family for the last 28 years. Originally composed by Maestro Danny Elfman, there have been covers from various artists such as Green Day and Sonic Youth, and is one of the most recognised scores ever in modern day musical entertainment.
The novelty YouTube channel Mediocre have contributed their own version of the theme, but while it is the actual original theme, they have added lyrics to the tune. Which kind of adds an extra element to the theme matching the visual description we’re all familiar with.
At least it’s one fun take on the show’s theme, while other versions are bizarre, but highly entertaining… I’m looking at you, Ricky Berwick!
