The truth is out there… again.
Well, it’s all coming up X-Files, isn’t it?
On the hot tails of the announcement of the audio book narration recently, a new announcement has been made with Agents Mulder and Scully continuing on with Season 11 of The X-Files.
The official X-Files Twitter account sent out a mysterious GIF, confirming the cult series by Chris Carter is returning after over a year of hiatus.

In 2016, the world was left with a major cliffhanger where we saw most of the world dying off after the aliens ‘activated’ a virus that was spreading like wildfire, and Mulder (David Duchovny) slowly dying in the car while Scully (Gillian Anderson) appearing to stare directly into an alien aircraft.
No other announcement has been made yet at time of this post, but keep an eye out on the official X-Files Facebook page for when it returns to our screens.
UPDATE: FOX has signed for a 10 episode season which will start filming in the U.S. summer 2017 period.
