A classic from 1968 to 1970, the 1992 reboot gets a new lease in life online.
The childrens TV show Skippy The Bush Kangaroo became an Australian icon during its original run from 1968 to 1970. A show based on a national park with a pet kangaroo named Skippy, who would save the day when something dramatic and concerning would be lurking about.
In 1992, Skippy received a reboot to the more modern era. Unfortunately, it was short-lived, though it received a bunch of episodes and a telemovie to go along side it.
UK Media company One Media IP, who own the 1992 series distribution rights, have thrown most of the entire 42 episode season and telemovie on YouTube for the world to enjoy, for free.
