Get active with numerous physical activities, thanks to a successful campaign.
Life. Be In It was a campaign created to promote well-being and exercise, developed by former AFL footballer and VIC Parliament member Brian Dixon in 1975. While it was successful in the state of Victoria, the Federal Government picked it up in 1977 to launch nationally, including adding Norm, the average Australian bloke who sits at home on the lounge and watches TV constantly.
But one of the catchiest parts of the campaign that last until 1981, was the jingle comprising of regular activities with animation to suit.
