The Sydney pop-rock band taps into the advertising market promoting bubbles.
The pop-rock group Electric Pandas developed a cult following after their debut in 1983 when Countdown host Molly Meldrum praised their talent with their debut single Big Girls. From there, the band received more exposure when in 1984 / 1985 U.S. soft drink company Coca Cola approached them to whip up a rock song for their “Coke Is It” campaign.
The video is the result, being etched into the minds of Generation Xers for one whole minute.
Don’t you hate it when a commercial jingle is too catchy?
